It echoes in my skull like rats in a cage;
this viral mantra burrows into the brain.
Palms turned, vile worms sink their teeth into every thought--
Eyes roll back in a tantric daze.
Force fed subliminal images from our masters.
They tell us to consume and control while they conform.
Grind your teeth and become a product of cerebral mutilation.

Infected and numb;
Deep in meditation.
Brain spat out as mulch to plant
seeds of deceit.
Tear out your throat;
your voice doesn't matter.
Throw it down;
Watch your words soak the ground.

Reject nirvana and you'll see the masters kneel at your feet.
Drag a knife along the pale cheek of ruin.
Carve out their eyes and see how hollow they really are.
Quench your thirst with the tears that they bleed.

Reach in their chest and remove their heart that was barely beating.
Watch them fade into false bliss.
The mantra decays with each breath that escapes their lips.

All of this was a choice
to renounce your faith
in their words;
wretched, contaminated visions.
Stitch their mouths shut
so they will never open again;
never feed me to the roots of commercialism...
Burn them to ashes and let
the earth swallow them whole.

Regurgitated disease--
far beyond our thoughts, locked up inside.
Why can't we see
that this abomination
is a consequence and not a blessing?
